Domaine Rene Bouvier is a fourth-generation family owned and run enterprises based in Gevrey Chambertin but also with vines in Marsannay and Vosne Romanee. This Marsannay from the low yielding 2021 vintage comes from different plots throughout Marsannay. The vines are on several clay-limestone soils, producing a fully rounded wine, in which you will find energetic tannins, fruity aromas (raspberry), and spices. Utterly charming! (12%)
